I think you are missing a more significant point. The copyright restrictions are in place for a reason.

I like your article, but you should include a warning that a user should not use any "potentially" copyrighted generated images in a commercial venture. If you use a Marvel Ironman illustration, for instance, you can expect a knock on your door from a Marvel (Disney) attorney.
